Document Description
Architectural review of a shopping center remodel (~86,700 s.f.) & expansion (~202,000 s.f.) involving demolition of ~184,000 s.f. of retail area (Mervyns Country Inn & Walgreens) to construct a new ~144,000 s.f. Target retail building. Three new single story retail/restaurant buildings totaling ~30,850 s.f.; exterior facade renovations of existing retail tenants to remain; parking lot stormwater runoff, & public right-of-way improvements; & site lighting & landscaping.
