Document Description
The proposed project is the installation of a 4.5 mile (approximate) sewer forcemain that would extend from the intersection of Penn Valley Drive and Spenceville Road in Penn Valley, north to the Lake Wildwood Wastewater Treatment Facility on Pleasant Valley Road. The project may require the installation of one lift station. The potential lift station would be located on a vacant land on the same parcel as the Penn Valley Fire Protection District office and station on Spenceville Drive, refer to Figure 2 - Lift Station Location. The parcel is owned by the Penn Valley Fire Protection District. The proposed sewer forcemain alignment would be located within the existing roadway right-of-way and utility easements. Generally, the forcemain would be located in the paved roadway and along the gravel shoulder.
