Document Description
The Bandini Industrial Center project proposes to development of a 536,400 s.f. warehouse, manufacturing, and office building and associated parking on the 21.26-acre project site. The proposed building would be sited in the City of Bell with the easternmost portion of the project site, consisting primarily of parking, located within the City of Vernon. The building would be comprised of a 524,400 s.f. shell building with a 6,000 s.f. structural mezzanine consisting of interior office space and an additional 6,000 s.f. of interior office space located on the ground level to support the principal use. Access to the project site is proposed via a full access along the western edge of the site, from 26th Street within the City of Vernon and via a driveway on Bandini Boulevard. The proposed project would be developed in one phase, with construction beginning in the middle of 2012 and completion by March 2013.
