Document Description
Second Street, C Street, and Third Street Sewer Improvements: Coastal Development Permit (CDP) to conduct improvements to existing sewer pipelines located along Second Street, C Street, and Third Street in downtown Encinitas. The purpose of the project is to replace an existing, damaged 50-year old Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP) sewer line that varies from 8 inches to 10 inches in diameter. The project proposes to address these existing problems conditions by constructing new sewer lines. Portions of the existing sewer line would be removed, while other portions would be abandoned in place.
