Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including a substation with a 30-foot tall electrical utility tower, 35 utility poles up to 80 feet tall, 18 approximately 160 s.f. inverter/transformer buildings, a 1,200 s.f. operations and maintenance building, and a six-foot tall chain-link fence on a 160-acre parcel in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The project site is located on the south side of Nebraska Avenue, between Derrick and Stanislaus Avenues approximately nine miles southwest of the nearest city limits of the City of San Joaquin (SUP. DIST.: 1) (APN: 038-080-24T).
