Document Description
The El Prado Road Street Improvement Project consists of the improvement to the existing El Prado Road, in the City of Chino, from the intersection of El Prado Road at Kimball Avenue to approximately 2,300 feet south of Kimball Avenue. The Project is expected to begin construction in 2012. The first phase is site preparation which includes staging, surveying, staking and field coordination. The next phase consist of removal of items specified, which will include removal of existing asphalt and storm facilities and cold planning. Any site grading will occur at this time. Installation of the storm drain improvements are anticipated to be commenced in this phase of development. Installation of site paving, landscaping and hardscape, as well as signing and striping will occur during the final phase of the construction process.
