Major Modification No. MM10-005 to previously approved CUP No. CUP08-008 proposes to increase an existing agricultural contractor and transportation equipment storage yard from 10 to 20 operable trucks for the transportation agricultural products, to allow 15 additional operational trucks as back-ups only, 10 inoperable trucks for parts, to increase the size of an approved un-built maintenance building from 2,400 to 5,000 s.f., and to bring into conformance an on-site fuel storage tank and dispenser on a 15.54 acre parcel.
