The project will result in the disturbance of the entire 4,476 s.f. parcel, as well as approximately 7,600 s.f. associated with off-site improvements to Richard Avenue (to meet County standards), for approximately 12,000 s.f. of disturbance. The project is located on the west side of Richard Avenue at 2672 Richard Ave., approximately 500 feet east of Obispo Avenue.
