Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is executing Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0074-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Permittee, Sunbelt Communities, LLC., represented by Mr. Bill Lo. The Oak Creek Canyon Development project includes the development of 275 residential lots with associated drainage channels, retention basins, and other infrastructure. The Streambed Alteration Agreement is being issued to address temporary impacts to 0.02 acres of CDFW jurisdictional streambed, and permanent impacts to 1.13 acres of CDFW jurisdictional streambed (project). The project includes the grading of 0.98 acres of vegetated and unvegetated streambed; the construction of urban run-off minimization and mitigation measures; the construction of manufactured slopes adjacent CDFW-jursidictional streambed; and the construction of three culverts.
