Document Description
Proposal to master plan 98 gross acres of land through the use of a planned unit development which will provide the zoning requirements for the future development of the site. The project will be anchored by a 128 bed acute care hospital which is joined in phase 1 by a 50,000 s.f. ambulatory care center and 50,000 s.f. of medical office buildings. Future phases could include approximately six additional medical office buildings, six restaurant type uses, five retail uses, and possibly a church, daycare and bank.
