Irvine Unified School District proposes to construct a new elementary school on a 10-acre parcel in the City of Irvine. The permanent facilities associated with the elementary school would include one main classroom building and one multipurpose building, totaling approximately 65,000 s.f. of building space to house approximately 1,000 K-6 students. Project development would include the construction of onsite recreational facilities including both a main playground area and a kindergarten.
