Document Description
The Golden Valley Land Company, LLC (Project proponent) is proposing to implement a residential, mixed use (commercial/residential) and open space development at Colinas del Oro, an approximate 126.4 acre site located within the community of Meadowbrook, an unincorporated area in western Riverside County. The project proponent will submit applications seeking approval from the County for a General Plan Amendment, the SP 364 Specific Plan, a Change of Zone, a Tentative Parcel Map, a Tentative Tract Map and a Community Facilities District to fund the required utility infrastructure systems for the Project area.
