Document Description
Pursuant to LAMC Section 12.24-W, 49(a) a request for a Conditional Use to permit the installation, operation, and maintenance of a wireless telecommunications facility consisting of 6 antennas (six sectors of one antenna each), two parabolic antennas, two GPS antennas, and associated equipment to be located on the roof of an existing building. The existing two story, 7,684 s.f. building is currently being used for manufacturing and office purposes and is located on an approximately 3,788 s.f. site in the [Q]M1-1-CDO Zone. The rooftop antennas will be placed on the roof deck at approximately 24 feet from ground level with the screen walls extending 10 feet to a height of 34 feet. The rooftop equipment cabinets will be placed on the lower roof deck at 16 feet from ground level with the screen walls extending 8 feet 6 inches to a height of 24 feet 6 inches. The rooftop antennas and equipment cabinets will be screened from view by four separate enclosures that will be painted and textured to match the existing building. The total lease area is approximately 390 s.f.
