Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including a substation with 23 46-foot tall electrical utility poles, 20 inverter/transformer units, a 20,000 s.f. operations and maintenance building, a 375 s.f. power distribution center, and a 6.6-foot tall chain-link fence on a 164.52-acre parcel in the AE-20 and AL-20 Zone Districts. The project site is bounded by Placer Avenue along the western boundary, Manning Avenue along the southern boundary, Yuba Avenue along the eastern boundary, and Parlier Avenue along the northern boundary, and is located adjacent to the eastern city limits of the City of San Joaquin.
