Document Description
Minor Modification of CUP 477 to allow the drilling of five additional wells for oil and gas exploration and production (LU11-0142). The wells are designated as 3314-3, 3314-4, 3314-5, 3314-6, and 3314-7. The five wells will be directionally drilled to bottom in offshore locations in a State Tidelands Lease. The bottom hole locations will range from 1,200 feet to 4,000 feet offshore. A temporary rig will be used to drill the wells. The five wells will be drilled one after another, and drilling will be conducted 24 hours each day. The estimated time to drill and complete each well is 35 to 60 days. Each new well will have a new Rotaflex pumping unit. existing pipelines and production headers will be utilized to transport the crude oil production from the wells to the nearby Colonia tank farm. No equipment upgrades are proposed at this time.
