Document Description
OXY proposes to construct a production facility consisting of up to 200 wells, an oil and gas processing facility, water treatment, water injection operations, slurry injection or disposal operations, an electrical substation, emergency flare, and shipping and pipeline facilities to produce and transport ~6,000 barrels per day of oil and 3 million standard cubic feet per day of natural gas. Directional drilling techniques will be used in order to pinpoint oil reservoirs at depths of 4,000 to 13,500 feet. The Facility will be located in a 30-foot high walled compound with the drill rig mast enclosed.
