Document Description
The applicant is proposing a new Les Schwab Tire Store on an in-fill site located north of SR 152 (East Pacheco Blvd) approximately 1,000 feet east of the SR 165 (Mercey Springs Road) intersection in eastern Los Banos. The project site is located between the Espana Restaurant on the west and an existing strip commercial center on the east. The tire store will be 12,009 square feet, and will have two points of access to SR 152. One access will occur at an existing driveway that today serves the restraint. The second access will be a new encroachment located 260 feet to the east.
