The project site is located on the west side of S. Yuba Avenue between W. Kamm and W. Canejo Avenues approximately 4.5 miles south of the nearest city limits of the City of San Joaquin in Fresno County (SUP. DIST.: 1) (APN: 040-150-20ST, 22T, 24T, 8T, 7T, 6T, 13T, 12T, 11T, 18T, 15T, 16T, 14ST; 040-160-21ST, 17ST, 35ST, 11ST, 10St, 18ST, 13ST, 14T).
