Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including a substation with three 70-foot tall electrical utility towers, a 2,000 s.f. maintenance building and a six-foot tall chain-link fence on portions of a 469.69-acre parcel and a 160.13-acre parcel in the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The project site is located on the north side of CA Avenue, between Ohio and San Bernardino Avenues, approximately one mile west of the nearest city limits of the City of Mendota (Sup. Dist.: 1) (APN: 019-050-55ST and 019-50-56ST).
