The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Southern California Edison Company. The applicant will install one (1) permanent culvert each at Crossing "1A" and "22A," and improve a temporary, existing native surface crossing at Crossing "31A" as part of the commercial harvesting of timber per 2012 South Shore THP-4-11-016/FRE-1.
