Document Description
The project involves minor renovations of the existing area around the caretaker's house, which has been used only for material and maintenance storage. Project components include: (1) remove existing softball field and backstop (2) install turf in the current infield area (3) installing approximately 700 linear feet of fencing within the park, (4) modifying ADA parking and walkways to comply the current ADA codes. Once complete the project will provide a secure fenced dog of almost one full acre of the community.
