Document Description
The redesign and remodel of Johnny Carson Park is proposed to include installation of an energy efficient lighting system and water efficient centralized irrigation system, restoration of the streambed to incorporate facilities for storm water capture, installation of new play equipment, walkway improvements, stabilization of the bridges over the streambed, and installation of outdoor classroom areas highlight use of native vegetation. A Public Notic of Enviormental Determination as required by the Burbank Municipal Code was prepared on February 23, 2011 and posted from February 24, 2011 through March 11, 2011. No Notice of Exemption had been filed to date with the County or State Clearinghouse.
