Document Description
CDCR is planning improvements to the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) at Sierra Conservation Center (SCC) in Jamestowen, California. The project scope includes installation of: 1) a secondary filtration system to reduce concentrations of iron and manganese in the WTP Filter Backwash water prior to discharge fromt he WTP site (as permitted in SCC's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Ssytem (NPDES) permit); and 2) electrical improvements, instrumentation, and controls associated with the new process element listed above.
