The project shall improve accessibility to the Ventura River Group Camp A facilities at Emma Wood State Beach as required by Tucker vs. the State of California. Improvements include but are not limited to parking, trails, signage, shower, drinking fountain and other group camp facilities. Measures to avoid and/or minimize impacts shall be implemented in this project.
