Document Description
OSPD maintained a San Francisco office at 221 Main St. for 20 years. With the lease set to expire Dec. 31, 2011, lease negotiations began in summer 2010. The building was unexpectedly sold in the fall of 2011. The new ownership's final and best renewal offer was $4.33 per sq/ft. That offer represented an increase of $1.65 per sq/ft. Relocation is the prudent choice for OSPD.
