Document Description
The project will construct microwave radio towers/antennae, supporting structures and miscellaneous equipment for a wireless communications system that is critical to the uninterrupted operation of the water system. The proposed facilities at the Red Mountain site will include a 6-foot dish antenna installed on an existing tower; a 160 Mbps FCC licensed microwave radio; and associated hardware, and electronics. The facilities will be constructed and operated on land owned by CalFire. The Water Authority will lease mounting space on the tower structure and adjacent building.
