Construction of a 35-foot tower and concrete foundation at the Water Authority's Twin Oaks FRS, a 40-foot tower and concrete foundation at the Water Authority's Otay 10 FCF, and a 50-foot tower and concrete foundation at a Water Authority facility on Mt. Woodson. Projects will include a vertical wave-guide ladder, wave-guide ice bridge, climbing ladder, mobile and parabolic antenna tower mounts, lightening rod assembly and wave-guide entry panels. Security fencing will be installed at the Mt. Woodson location.
