Document Description
The project is limited to rehabilitating the existing asphalt parking lot with double chip seal; construction of a boat trailer parking area and a day use area. The day use area will include three shade structures with concrete picnic tables, a dual unit CXT restroom, a five foot wide concrete ADA accessible sidewalk, and tow van-accessible ADA parking stalls. Also, several drain inlets and pipes will be repaired or replaced as needed. The existing boat ramp will be replaced with a 150 foot long by 48 foot wide rv-grooved push slab ramp. The project will include minor grading activities to prepare the subgrade for the base rock material. Riprap will be placed around the perimeter of the ramp to protect the ramp.
