Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0281-R6 (Agreement) pursuant to Section 1602 of the California Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the County of San Bernardino, represented by Carl Alban., 825 E.Third Street, Room 201, City of San Bernardino, State of California, 92415, (909) 387-7913. The West Valley Detention Center Project includes the repair and stabilization of exposed portions of an existing main water line and sewer lines, and stabilization adjacent stream bank erosion. Repair and stabilization activities will include; removing eroded concrete riprap over the water and sewer line; contouring the streambed to a 0.8% slope from the existing basin to just upstream of the waterline; installing lower elevation concrete aprons over the water and sewer lines; shifting a portion of the east stream bank approximately 12.5 feet; contouring the stream bank slopes adjacent to the exposed utilities. and placing non-grouted light weight rock on the banks.
