Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0280-R8 [Revision 1] (Agreement) pursuant to Section 1602 of the California Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the San Bernardino Associated Governments, represented by Gary Cohoe, 1170 West 3rd Street, City of San Bernardino, State of California, 92410, Phone (909) 884-8276. The Interstate 215 (I-215)/Newport Avenue Overcrossing Bridge at the Interstate 215; modifications to storm water drainage facilities on the east and west side of the bridge; the installation of four retaining walls; and the use of temporary construction easements. The new bridge will be approximately four feet higher than the current 14-foot 10-inch high bridge, and will be lengthened and widened in both directions by adding 6-foot wide sidewalks, and 6-foot wide shoulders to existing 12-foot wide lanes.
