Document Description
The applicant is requesting an Old Town Design Review approval in order to rebuild the Shell Service Station at the intersection of Elk Grove-Florin Road and Elk Grove Boulevard, following a fire and subsequent demolition of the previous service station. The project proposes to rebuild the service center and snack shop on the exisitng building pad, reconstruct the fuel canopies at their existing locations, and would stripe new parking stalls and handicap path of travel. Elk Grove Florin Road and Elk Grove Boulevard provide access to the site.
