The California Department of Public Health (Department), as the Lead Agency, will be issuing a water supply permit to Paramount Hulling and Shelling Company LLC for the connection of an existing water system to provide safe water for human consumption. The addition of a surface water treatment plant provided protection from low turbidity and reduction of microorganisms through filtration and disinfection. The new connection will service an industrial facility.
