Document Description
Structures within the Idyllwild historic zone, including the two staff residences, garage, and maintenance shop, are in need of routine and deferred maintenance. Structures will be tested for lead, repainted, and rotted and damaged wood replaced in kind according to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Preservation. Windows will be reglazed as needed; deteriorating concrete will be repaired, and other repairs as nedded. All work will be conducted to DPR standards.
