Document Description
Improve access trail between the Quincy Orchard and Maintenance Yard. The majority of the proposed trail contours along fairly level terrain, with only one area about 15 feet in length needing additional leveling, less than about 10 inches of soil removal on the uphill side. A few low hanging tree branches will need to be trimmed. Work supports continued use and maintenance.

No potential for significant impacts to the enviornment is anticipated in compliance with Section 15300.2. Project consists of operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public structures, facilities or topographical features, involving no expansion of use and minor public alterations in the condition of land and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees and is included as "Trail or road repairs" and "Trail construction or realignment" in DPR's list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR 15300.4
