Document Description
CHP is proposing to replace the Rodman Mountain telecommunications facility to meet the CHP Enhanced Radio System requirements. The existing leased vault and tower space is inadequate and facilities antiquated to accommodate the digital multi-channel equipment and antennae requirements. The project consists of installing a 120-foot tower, vault, propane tank, and generator. Preparations at the existing leveled site include clearing of for concrete slabs, and minor trenching for propane pipeline and conduits of wires to the tower. After the utilities are installed, all trenches we backfilled and restored to grade. Less than one acre of ground disturbance is required.
