Document Description
The Valtierra Swim Platform Project consists of removing all the concrete that was placed below the normal high water line. The portion of concrete that prevents erosion around the swim deck footing will remain in place. The purpose is to restore the shoreline and protect the columns of the existing swim deck. Water will not be present during construction. The Valtierra Swim Platform Project will result in 0.0056 acre of permanent impacts to water of the United States.
