Document Description
The Tustin Unified School District Board of Education previously approved the activity center project with the scope of work as described below on June 27, 2011 Board Study Session.
Tustin Unified School District proposes to construct a new activity center and perform various improvements to better accommodate the existing middle school students and programs. The new development is to improve the educational environment for the existing students, and would don't be used for joint-use or district wide facility beyond what is required by the Civic Center Act and District policy. The new activity center would disturb approximately 0.8 acre of the existing 20-acre middle school. The displaced hardcourts would be relocated to the south of the activity center.
