Document Description
The San Juan Unified School District - Modernization of four restrooms located in classroom pods and courtyard improvements. Modernization includes new flooring, wall finishes, new efficient fixtures, and water closets. Modernization will also bring rest rooms up to current ADA compliance codes. Courtyard improvements include decorative concrete flatwork and drainage improvements. Prepare site pad and utilities for modular rest room building (12x40). Place and install new Enviroplex rest room building with basic finishes. Existing rest room located on hard court to be demolished and paved back. Provide new storage shed; location to be selected by site administration.
