Document Description
The San Juan Unified School District will provide compliant path to site from Howe Ave at north end of campus. New concrete walks and courtyards throughout. New student study area near library with large shade structure and LED architectural lighting. Upgrade irrigation system to fully automatic. Provide trees and low maintenance landscaping. New wrought iron fence along existing fire lane. New triple trash enclosure. New kindergarten play apparatus at north end on campus. Remove existing SMUD lights and poles and replace with District owned LED light poles with cameras to monitor front parking lot. Seal and stripe front parking lot to reverse flow for public safety.
