Document Description
The San Juan Unified School District will Modernize and upgrade site pedestrian access at front of campus. Remove large concrete wall at front and replace with double wrought iron entry gate. Create "plaza" gathering area behind new wrought iron gates with new concrete sidewalks, planters, drought resistant plants and high efficiency LED lighting. Upgrade site wide irrigation system to fully automatic. Refurbish front "volleyball" area with new irrigation system large frontage planter and grass. Add alternate for existing grass area north of MP and east of "volleyball" play area.
