Document Description
The Department of Developmental Services is proposing to authorize issuance of a ground lease for less than an acre of land at the Sonoma Development Center for the construction of a 150 foot telecommunications tower and single story 20 foot by 80 foot equipment building. The telecommunication tower and equipment will improve the emergency response communication system on the developmental center's campus. The tower could also enhance cellular coverage in the area.
