Approve the revision of rent for Lease No. PRC 3639.1 from a minimum of $210,000 due and payable in two equal installments of $105,000 on or before March 1 and August 31 of each year of the lease term against percentages of gross income as defined in the lease, to a minimum rent of $324,800, due and payable in tow equal installments of $162,400 on or before March 1 and August 31 of each year of the lease term, against percentages of gross income as defined in the lease, effective January 1, 2012. Authorize the correction of the Land Description.
