California Rural Water Association (CRWA) will design a program to identify, train, and provide technical assistance to 8-15 High-Priority Disadvantaged Communities in California on Low Impact Development (LID) principles that wil help reduce pollution (based on Total Maximum Daily Loads - TMDLs)) from storm water entering lakes, rivers and other bodies of water in each of their areas.
