Document Description
The project will repair the low water crossing at Road 88 and Deer Creek in Tulare County. The low water crossing was damaged during storm events in December 2010, which damaged the existing culverts. The project will add additional the culverts and repair the paved roadway for the benefit of the residents of Tulare County.
