Document Description
The Phase III Delhi County Water District WWTF Modification Project consists of (1) underdraining the existing Algae Drying Beds and installing a ADB filtrate wet well, pump, and pipeline in order to prevent any potential nitrogen contramination of the underlying groundwater; and (2) constructing an impervious area onsite where the dried algai solids will be stored until they have been tested and approved for general use offsite under the Federal 503 Sludge Rule.
