The project is limited to the replacement of a 6-inch natural gas pipeline under Miller Creek. The pipeline will be advanced using horizontal directional drilling; the total lenght of the crossing is 380-feet, and the pipeline will be installed a minimum of 10-feet below the creek bottom.
