Document Description
The proposed project consists of re-designating two parcels comprising an 10.46-acre site on Yolanda Avenue to "Retail and Business Services," to be consistent with the existing General Plan land use designation for the balance of the site. In conjunction with the re-designation, the City of Santa Rosa would transfer the medium-density residential development potential (35 dwelling units) from the Yolanda Avenue site to one or more of the following sites: (1) 3015 Petaluma Hill Road; (2) 1865 Meda Avenue; (3) 560 Montecito Center. In all cases, the residential development transfer would require General plan and zoning changes to each of the sites. Note that the project does not confer any entitlements or other approvals that would allow new construction to occur.
