Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of as many as 220 high density dwelling units on the project site. The proposed project would take primary vehicular access from Railroad Avenue and secondary vehicular access from Hammond Way. As part of the project, the applicant provide open space amenities, including 1.2 acres of land immediately adjacent to Calaveras Boulevard at the north end of the project site for the development of a private park.
