Note: Tiered off SCH# 2006062102 It is the intention of Targa Terminals, LLC (Targa) to enter into a lease with the Stockton Port District (Port) for approximately 19.92 acres to construct and operate a terminalling and storage facility at an identified site adjacent to the Pacific Ethanol Plant located at 3028 Navy Drive, Stockton, CA. In addition, Targa desires to obtain a Letter of Agreement from the Port for use of Berth #9, and allowing Targa to make the necessary improvements required to make the berth suitable for Targa's intended uses.
