Document Description
The Wildcat Pipeline (El Cerrito) Project (Project) is one of four water transmission pipelines in the certified West of Hills Northern Pipelines Project EIR and includes construction of approximately 13,500 feet of 48-inch pipeline to be located in Hill Street, Richmond Street, Lincoln Avenue, Norvell Street, Fairmount Avenue, Behrens Street, C Street, Ashbury Avenue, and Lynn Avenue in City of El Cerrito. A revised pipeline alignment (revised Project) includes construction of approximately 13,650 feet of 48-inch pipeline to be located in Hill Street, Richmond Street, Lincoln Avenue, Clayton Avenue, Central Avenue, Ashbury Avenue, and Lynn Avenue; where the revised portions of the alignment not previously analyzed in the EIR consist of 2,910 feet of pipeline located in Lincoln Avenue, Clayton Avenue, Central Avenue, and Ashbury Avenue. EBMUD completed an Addendum to the West of Hills Northern Pipelines Project EIR to address environmental impacts associated with the revised alignment. An evaluation was conducted, and it was determined that the revised alignment does not result in new significant impacts or cause an increase in the severity of previously identified impacts as presented in the certified West of Hills Northern Pipelines Project EIR. EBMUD will implement the same mitigation measures for the revised Project that are presented in the certified EIR.
